We will create a personalised learning plan for your child after the first consultation and assessment session. We will place your child with like-minded students and set them goals with a timeline. Each time your child meets the goals, we will slightly enhance the intensity of the content until they can improve their grades by at least 3-4 levels. Verbal and written feedback will be given to your child during and after each lesson as a report about their in-class and homework progress. And online written Fourth nightly feedback reports will be sent to parents and students. Most parents prefer written reports. However, we are more than happy to provide virtual face-to-face feedback to parents if they require it. Personalised plans of each student and feedback reports are securely stored on a private online portal so that you can review them later to monitor and track progress. In addition to daily and fortnightly progress reviews and feedback, during the lesson, each Tutor will offer Support via Chat and microphone as follows; Throughout the lesson, the student can ask and answer questions privately to the teacher through the chat function so the teacher can constantly keep a check on each student. The interactive live session allows the teacher to focus on relevant areas where the child needs support and can ask questions during the lessons.

The spring term usually starts in early January and runs until late March or early April, depending on the school. The exact dates can vary, but typically it lasts for around a maximum of 14 weeks. The summer term usually starts after the Easter holidays, around mid to late April, and runs until mid to late July. The exact dates can vary, but typically it lasts for around a maximum of 14 weeks. Therefore, a Full school term booking period will last 14 weeks.

Each subject is taught online as an interactive session with multiple students. Maths is taught through content and problem-solving approaches, and science is taught through content and practical approach. Although students may cover different books, students’ learning is acceptable. We take a cross-syllabus approach as there is a 90% overlap between all kinds of GCSE and A-Levels exam boards. Our teachers have planned lessons by merging various exam boards’ schemes of work to ensure all content is covered.

All lessons are live and recorded, then placed on the portal for the students to view. These recordings are accessible to those who are subscribed.
The schedule has fixed timings, and you can select the number of subjects with a minimum of two lessons per subject per week. However, please note that we recommend taking four lessons per subject per week to gain the most and see improvement in your child. Taking on two lessons per subject per week is geared more toward those who understand the subject but would like to use the lessons as a form of revision.
We recommend taking at least two lessons per subject; however, if one of the days is an issue, we will try to find a suitable slot in the same week. Otherwise, you can opt to take one lesson per subject per week. However, this will significantly impact the academic progress of your child.
Yes, you can; however, to see improvement in your child, we strongly recommend 4 lessons per subject per week. One lesson per week is more suitable for children doing well in their classes but looking to revise and stay on top of things. To be exam ready and boost your grades significantly, we strongly recommend a minimum of 4 lessons per subject per week, as a significant amount of practice is required to ace the 11 plus exam, GCSE, and A-levels in Science & Maths.

Cancellations can only be made through our accounts team, and this is done by informing us before the next payment cycle that you wish to cancel your subscription. Currently, lessons are on a fixed timetable; please refer to the class timetable. A few lessons are available on the weekend, and you will be informed about the availability during the initial consultation and assessment session. However, there is an option of 1-to-1 tutoring if weekends are required.
There is more flexibility to cancel with a weekly package, and it’s more expensive than a termly package.
We’ll send you an email with the timetable for the session, the video link, and the code to attend the lesson. You can also find the links on the portal. You will also receive a text reminder 30 -45 minutes before the lesson with details on joining. Please ensure you have a working microphone and camera. We advise you to use a laptop as the keyboard doesn’t overlay on the screen, so it’s better for learning.
Recorded during the live session and put onto the portal through an unlisted link on YouTube. Students’ faces are not shown in the recorded session. Only students from the class will have access to the recordings.

Reports:
A fortnightly progress report is for all students. You can access this on the portal.
A regular progress report is issued at the end of each lesson as we continuously assess students through homework and lessons.

Homework is a supplementary addition to the lessons, and all students must complete it to ensure significant progress. At the end of each lesson, students will be given tasks to do via an online portal and must submit work on time. It will then be marked by a dedicated team to assess their learning.

Yes. However, we will reassess the child to find the knowledge gaps and place them in a suitable lesson.
Our prices are already quite competitive. However, we also believe in fair and equal education for all students. Please let us know if you need help paying, and we will find our best to accommodate your needs.

During the initial consultation and assessment session, we will find out what syllabus your school follows. We will then place you in a class that follows the same syllabus.

We take a cross-syllabus approach as there is a 90% overlap between curriculum frameworks, GCSE, and A-Levels exam boards. Our teachers have planned lessons by merging various exam boards’ schemes of work to ensure all content is covered.

  • Topics are not necessarily covered in the same order as in school.
Student’s cover material twice, which is better.
  • It’s better not to study the material in the same order the school offers it as you get to cover the material twice, which helps the kids remember it.
  • Ask the teacher
If there is a question they have that they need help with, they can ask the teacher via the forum or chat
We take a cross-syllabus approach as there is a 90% overlap between all kinds of curriculum frameworks; therefore, regardless of the syllabus taught in the school, we will ensure that your child covers 100% of the syllabus. Depending on the child’s current knowledge, a minimum of 4 lessons per week per subject are enough to cover all the material across the 3 sciences and maths.

Before starting a tuition lesson, we will conduct a consultation and assessment session and meet with parents and children to assess the requirements and where your child is struggling.
We meet the parent and student online to assess the academic situation, as well as get to know the student a little so that we can ensure that an effective personalised learning plan is created. Many factors impact how students perform in school, including missing or weak academic foundations, lack of ability to understand how best to organise homework, the learning style of the child, and other outside influences. The consultation helps us understand all of these factors. The Consultation and assessment session will establish goals and expectations for the tuition sessions before enrolling in the lessons.

School Entrance Exam is a test given to students in their final year of primary school in the UK, typically ages 7 to 13. The exam aims to assess the student’s academic ability and determine their suitability for selective secondary education, particularly in grammar schools. The exam usually covers English, mathematics, and verbal reasoning. By successfully passing the school entrance exam, students get access to selective grammar or private schools that are known for providing high-quality education and can lead to better future opportunities. It also increases a student’s confidence and sense of achievement since it is a challenging process.

The rate of improvement in grades is affected by many factors, including the consistency of the tutoring sessions, how far behind the student might be as tutoring commences, and the student’s commitment. Quite often, if a child attends all the sessions as prescribed by the learning plan, completes homework, and takes feedback on board, they can enhance their grade by 3-4 levels in just 16-28 weeks.
